Booking Terms & Conditions — Perth Sensual Massage
These terms apply to all bookings made through Perth Sensual Massage (perthsensualmassage.com.au). By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits
To confirm and secure your booking, a non-negotiable deposit is required at the time of booking:

In-call sessions: $100 deposit

Out-call sessions: $150 deposit
Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Bookings without a paid deposit may be released to other clients.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours before your appointment: Deposits are refundable, less a 30% administration fee.

Within 48 hours of your appointment: Your deposit is forfeited and not refunded.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. One reschedule is permitted at no extra cost if requested more than 48 hours prior to the original appointment.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late arrivals may result in a session at full price; no-shows forfeit the full deposit.
5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
To cancel a booking or request a refund, please contact us at 0466897084 with your booking details, including your name and appointment date/time.
6. Changes to These Terms
Perth Sensual Massage reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
